XGen Mobile, Corp. is a non-exclusive authorized dealer on TD SYNNEX public sector contracts with OMNIA Partners and Sourcewell. TD SYNNEX Corporation holds those contracts. Public agencies can purchase through a cooperative agreement they already participate in rather than running a separate solicitation of their own.
TD SYNNEX Corporation holds each of these contracts. Under signed participating dealer agreements XGen Mobile is a non-exclusive authorized dealer under both, which lets us quote participating agencies and place their orders through TD SYNNEX. Contract numbers are provided on every quote.
TD SYNNEX lists this contract under Cyber Security Solutions and Services. OMNIA Partners is a national cooperative purchasing organization serving state and local government, higher education, K-12 education, and non-profits.
Sourcewell is a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative that offers cooperative procurement solutions to government entities. The TD SYNNEX award was made following a public solicitation, and the signed contract covers public safety software.
Cooperative membership is generally open to public sector end users. Between the three contracts, eligibility covers the full range of public buyers.
Public school districts and other K-12 entities eligible under the cooperative.
Colleges and universities eligible under the cooperative.
States, counties, cities, towns, and other public entities eligible under the cooperative.
Federal, tribal government, and eligible non-profit entities, depending on the contract.

A cooperative contract is awarded through a public solicitation run by a lead agency, which is what lets other participating agencies buy from it without repeating that process themselves. Always confirm the approach with your own procurement office, since local policy and dollar thresholds vary.
Check that your agency is a registered participant of OMNIA Partners or Sourcewell. If you are not, we will send you the right registration link.
Tell us what you need and which cooperative you use. We return a quote that names the contract and the contract number, priced at or below the contract price.
Your purchase order references the cooperative contract number shown on the quote and is issued to XGen Mobile. We invoice you and manage the order through TD SYNNEX.
Each contract covers its own defined set of eligible items drawn from the TD SYNNEX line card, which spans more than 1,400 technology vendors. Coverage differs from one contract to the next, and not every solution XGen Mobile offers is carried on that line card at all. Services are handled separately from products, as explained below. Tell us what you need and we will confirm which contract fits, or quote it separately if none of them do.

That lets us quote eligible agencies and invoice them for orders placed on the contract. The products themselves are procured through TD SYNNEX, and XGen Mobile has no authority to bind TD SYNNEX.
We put the applicable contract number on your quote and it appears on your purchase order. Ask us and we will send it ahead of time so your procurement office can verify the award.
